This work present the traditional Sufi self-help method of moral healing through continuous self-examination using the Sign of the Presence of God (the original Enneagram) as a visual image to foster change. Understanding it and applying it can bring unity and peace to a humanity of spiritual warriors. The author presents the monotheistic perspective of moral healing or spiritual chivalry as well as the method of attaining it through recognizing the causes of moral imbalance, observing moral balance in nature and then attaining it through techniques of nature-nurture using the Sign of the Presence of God (wajh Allah). This visual diagram, first presented in the West by Gurdjieff who obtained it from the Naqshbandi Sufis in Central Asia is a Divine Sign which speaks to the natural as well as the nurtured human self. A dictionary of over 300 moral traits enhances this self-help Presence of God an image of the human self as the macrocosm but here for the first time the author shows its universal correspondence in the macrocosm confirming the sign in the Qur'an where the revelation says, "We shall show them Our signs upon the horizons and within themselves until it is clear to them that it is the Real (the Truth)" (41:53)
